Softball Clinics

When: Saturday, May 19

Time: 12:00-2:00 (7-13 years old)
Groups will be divided 7-10 & 11-13

Where: Waterford High School Softball Field
Veteran’s Field (behind town hall)

The Waterford High School Softball team will be conducting their second clinic for all softball players ages 7-13. The fundamentals of softball will be emphasized: throwing, fielding, hitting, base-running, and pitching.

Fee: $10 per player

***Questions? Or if you would like to pre-register, contact Coach Sutman with the name and age of player.
Pre-registration is not necessary, but it will help us plan for the clinic! Walk-ins are welcome. Thank you…


	Candle Fundraiser Due Back Sunday

Just a reminder the candle fundraiser is coming to an end soon. Please drop off all candle orders in the concession stand. I will have a box labeled Candle Fundraiser. I will be meeting with my Party Light consultant at the beginning of next week. Please make sure to have the orders in by Sunday. Remember the league receives 50% of what we sell. Working on getting some lights fixed hopefully at the fields!!!! All orders will be delivered to the players house for distribution to your buyers. Any questions feel free to e-mail

	Interleague Baseball With North

This is a great opportunity to play more baseball and play different positions. AAA managers get the word out to youy 9-10 year olds as this is a great way for them to play with their peers. Chris Landon from the Lions and Tim Burrows from Massad will be our interleague coordinators. Please have all your interested players contact them if interested in participating and each week with their availability. There is a one time fee of 5 bucks which we use for balls and pizza on the last date of interleague. Basically a buck a weekend.

The schedule is:

Saturday May 5th 9 am 9/10's 11 am 11/12's
Saturday May 12th 9 am 9/10's 11 am 11/12's
Saturday May 19th 11 am 9/10's 1 pm 11/12's (WNLL Pancake Breakfest)
Saturday June 2nd 9 am 9/10's 1 PM 11/12's
Saturday June 9th 9 am 9/10's 11 am 11/12's

	Concession Stand Schedule

The stand is a vital resource of the league. We would not function without its income. Every player’s family including managers, coaches, and board members are required to work one shift in the stand per player in the league.

If you can’t make your assigned shift in the stand you can swap with another parent, but please remember you are responsible to find someone to cover your shift.

Almost as important as the income the concession stand provides dinners to dozens of families every night. Without its successful operation we all would be extremely inconvenienced….there would be no Gatorades, ice cream, cheese fries, slushies, hot dogs or candy without it.
